The Client Coordinator supports the business owner and the office manager and engages with customers to provide information in response to service inquiries, concerns and requests about products and services. The Client Coordinator should have strong phone communication skills and be proficient in computer data entry in order to maintain loyal customers. Customer Service is the key to running our business. The Mosquito Joe Client Coordinator is a seasonal position taking place during the active mosquito spray season, typically from March through mid-November although this position can become a year-round position as well. Work hours can range between 7am to 7pm, Monday through Friday. The shifts will be a variety of morning, afternoon, evening, and split shifts. The number of hours worked per week varies and may be anywhere from 30-40 hours, depending on needs of the business.
- High School Diploma, General Equivalency Diploma (GED) or equivalent
- Competent computer skills including Google Mail and MS Office Suite (MS Word, Excel, etc.)
- Ability to type
- Knowledge of administrative procedures
- Sales experience preferred although not required
- Customer service: 1 year (Preferred)
